No Sides. Same Team.

With Abba as our King, Christ Jesus as our High Priest and Holy Spirit as our Help, we are ordained and authorised Kings and Priests commissioned to have dominion and establish God’s Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. But we’ve had an incorrect perspective about the Body of Christ He has wanted to renew for time. He can and is renewing this incorrect perspective because our hearts are now truly set on what matters to the Trinity — and no longer set on our understanding.

This incorrect perspective paints the picture that only born again Christ believers make up His Body. In case you’re about hit the “x” button on this post, see: for further explanation. Importantly when our inner man is quickened and we’re enabled by Holy Spirit to catch up to God’s perspective; we’d see that He isn’t subject to time and just because we’ve not seen certain things manifest doesn’t mean that they haven’t happened. We see that “It Is Finished” because Jesus says so.

If you’re still here, it’s as a result of this incorrect perspective that we’ve not treated a group of people and particularly the still far away members — who we’re actually admonished to honor and care for — with with the love and care they need… we’ve dubbed them outsiders, essentially causing a separation in Christ’s Body. It was never supposed to be an “Us versus Them” thing. Remember, we too were far away, once lost and even in being found, can possibly veer off. But Christ’s love always reels us back in because He honors and cares for us. Thank God for His super abundant grace and never ending mercy in Christ Jesus.

The lines that caused these boundaries or separations are now being erased as we mind renew because there is in truth, a binding agent. This agent is none other than Holy Spirit who exists in, is available to, and is at work in all — Jew and Gentile alike —, all of whom make up Christ’s Body. 💕

“The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the Body of Christ. Some of us are Jews, some are Gentiles, some are slaves, and some are free. But we have all been baptized into one body by one Spirit, and we all share the same Spirit.

Yes, the body has many different parts, not just one part. If the foot says, “I am not a part of the body because I am not a hand,” that does not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear says, “I am not part of the body because I am not an eye,” would that make it any less a part of the body? If the whole body were an eye, how would you hear? Or if your whole body were an ear, how would you smell anything?

But our bodies have many parts, and God has put each part just where he wants it. How strange a body would be if it had only one part! Yes, there are many parts, but only one body. The eye can never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you.”

In fact, some parts of the body that seem weakest and least important are actually the most necessary. And the parts we regard as less honorable are those we clothe with the greatest care. So we carefully protect those parts that should not be seen, while the more honorable parts do not require this special care. So God has put the body together such that extra honor and care are given to those parts that have less dignity. This makes for harmony among the members, so that all the members care for each other. If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad.

All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it.” — 1 Corinthians 12:12-27 NLT

I admonish us to having read this, now begin to revisit scripture that’s got Jesus Christ preaching about what the Kingdom of God is like… and watch Holy Spirit do a mind rearranging enlightening thing in us as Kings and Priests. 💕
