Prayer: Head to Heart

Dear Holy Spirit,

I thank You as You help us move
from head to heart knowledge
of the perfect Word.

I thank You as You cause the Word to permeate
our minds with illuminating Light,
such that we receive revelations and mysteries
from the perspective of the Writer;

That we might not only be knowledgeable
of the Word, but get the understanding and
godly wisdom that only You give;

To enable us interpret it rightly and
align our will and desires to the
will and desires of the Father,

Through Christ.
